Company Capabilities:

Currently capabilities include Plastic Injection Molding, Wire Harness, Welding, Sewing, Lanyard and Mechanical Assembly:

Plastic Injection Molding parts that require up to 230-clamp tonnage; 12 ounce shot size and molds up to 22 inches wide by 36 inches long by 7 to 22 inches deep. All our molding machines are equipped with state-of-the-art, closed-loop process controls with SPC capabilities.
Cable Harnesses Assemblies ranging from simple cut, strip and terminated wires to complicated harnesses assembled on custom-built fixtures with built in test capabilities.
Lanyard Assemblies up to 1/8 inch cable with various connecting ends for Military and Commercial use with test capabilities up to 2000 pounds.
Welding of thin wall Aluminum parts for assemblies such as tubular outdoor furniture.
Sewing, Tacking and Embroidering for outdoor furniture, straps, bags, covers and various subassemblies for tents.
Mechanical assemblies of all kinds.

Our management staff has over 90 years of manufacturing experience with specialties in Plastic Injection Molding, Cable Harness Assembly, Lanyard Assembly, Sewing, Welding, Electronic Assembly and Metal Stamping.

Contracts:

Contracts include plastic parts and cable assemblies for the major appliance industries (GE and Frigidaire), cable assemblies the telecommunications industry (Nortel, C-Mac, Motorola, Sprint and others), Plastic Parts, Lanyard assemblies, tent subassemblies for the military and commercial OEM's, office appliances (Lexmark), outdoor aluminum furniture (Sutton Bridge Furniture) and Semi Trailer Hinges and training wheels for the transportations industries, Product assemblies and distributions for Product Developers
